Entry Doors

You’ve made the decision to replace your front door and you’re ready to head down to the nearest big box store. Hold one there! Before you start your entry door shopping, it’s best to consider whether a custom entry door would be the better option for your home.

Most people think of custom entry doors as a solution only for the grandest of homes, new homes or homes where the homeowner wants to make a statement with personalized design choices.

In actuality, custom entry doors are a better fit to replace existing doors, especially in older homes, in situations where one is replacing a very old, original door that was built right on the jobsite, often in a size that isn’t available as a standard offering, or where the old entry door has simply worn out.

Storm Doors

Before you rush out to the nearest big box store, you'll want to consider the differences between a custom screen door and standard aluminum storm door, and decide what type of storm door quality, glass options and aesthetics will satisfy you for the many years you'll own, use and look at that door.

Three primary factors help a homeowner determine the best quality screen door:  aluminum thickness, storm door construction and paint finish. Other factors that impact a storm door's functionality and suitability include style, glass and hardware options and door options like retractable screens, pet doors and mail slots.

Patio Doors

When it comes to buying a replacement patio door, there’s much more to the decision than choosing between a sliding glass door or a hinged patio door. Buying a new, custom patio door offers the opportunity to address a variety of functionality and aesthetic issues that improve a family’s use and enjoyment from their patio door, such as energy efficiency, ease of use, configuration, size, materials and finish.

Because ProVia specializes in high-quality custom exterior building products, including sliding glass and hinged patio doors or French doors, homeowners are able to select from a wide number of door styles, sizes and options, like custom glass and internal blinds, to find the best replacement patio door for their home.

Sliding Doors

For an entryway with a view, look no further than our sliding doors. These attractive doors offer sophistication, smooth operation, and high thermal performance, not to mention an expansive viewing area. A hidden three-point locking system is actuated with a simple turn of the knob from the inside, or the use of a key on the outside. That, combined with our 1-inch thick tempered safety glass and fiberglass structural core, makes our exterior sliding doors as secure as they are stunning.

Customization

Capitalize on your home’s best views while blending in with your existing décor. Our sliding doors are available in multiple color, stain, and grid options, and come in steel or fiberglass. With our glass sliding doors you may choose either a two-unit configuration with one active panel and one stationary panel, or a three-unit configuration where the center panel slides while the other two panels remain stationary.

Heating & Cooling

All of our exterior sliding doors are engineered with NEOPOR® rigid thermal insulated mainframes and weather stripping to keep even the most severe elements out of your home and shrink your energy bills. With U-Factor ratings between .18 and .29 (depending on the glass package), a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient between .26 and .30, and the industry’s lowest air infiltration ratings, these glass sliding doors are some of the most energy efficient on the market.

Custom Features and Options

Fiberglass or Steel

Renowned for their durability, energy efficiency, and minimal upkeep, vinyl windows are the most popular replacement window choice for many homeowners. Vinyl comes in a wide array of colors and styles and requires no painting or staining. Vinyl windows are easily installed—and, with their comparatively low cost, they’re also easy on the wallet.

Glass Styles

Our fiberglass windows and composite windows are known for their outstanding energy efficiency, outperforming many other types of materials. Because they do not expand or contract with heat and cold, fiberglass and composite are natural insulators. And not only do they insulate against weather conditions, they also insulates against outside noise.

Stain or Paint

One of the oldest building materials on the planet, wood is still the preferred choice of homeowners looking to maintain the traditional integrity of their home. Wood is a natural insulator and provides superior thermal performance. Because they can be painted and stained again and again, our wood replacement windows can change their appearance as often as you change your mind.
